Proceedings of the Second International Conference on Public-Private Partnerships, held in Austin, Texas, May 26\u201329, 2015. Sponsored by the University of Texas at Austin and the Transportation & Development Institute of ASCE. This collection contains 50 peer-reviewed papers on a wide range of topics related to public-private partnerships in transportation project delivery. Topics include: financing policies; the design, construction, operation, and management of PPP infrastructure projects; legal issues related to PPP; and financial viability and risk analysis.
