Published By | Publication Date | Number of Pages |
ASTM | 2002 | 4 |
1.1 This test method covers the determination of lead in nickel and nickel alloys in the concentration range of 0.00005 % to 0.001 % by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry.
Note 1If this test method is used to test materials having contents less than 0.0001 % lead, users in different laboratories will experience more than the usual 5 % risk that their results will differ by more than 50 % relative error.
1.2 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
