The operating temperatures of the surfaces to which the insulation is applied shall not be lower than -22\u00b0F (-30\u00b0C) or greater than +225\u00b0F (+107\u00b0C). For specific applications, the actual temperature limits shall be as agreed upon between the manufacturer and the purchaser.<\/p>\n<p>1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only.<\/p>\n<p>1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
