This document describes the procedures to be followed and precautions to be observed in performing optical and electrical measurements of AC-LEDs for total luminous flux, total radiant flux, total photon flux, color characteristics, electrical voltage, current, and power. This Approved Method applies to AC-LED packages, remote-phosphor AC-LED packages, AC-LED arrays or modules, and remote-phosphor AC-LED arrays or modules.
